This veggie-friendly parsnip maple and nutmeg cake with sweet potato and ginger frosting is certainly drooling worthy! Parsnip and sweet potatoes are both vegetables that are full of hair growth goodness. Parsnip contains folate, which is responsible for hair growth, and sweet potatoes are loaded with vitamin A, which helps sebum production and speeds up growth rate...something every Afro can benefit from.
