When building a hair routine you should always consider your lifestyle. Wondering how you should go about it?

About this Event

It’s important to find the time to take proper care of your hair. It is often hard to do so due to our busy personal, social and professional lives.

During this webinar, we will discuss the essential parts of a hair routine, how to incorporate new practices and products slowly, planning your haircare so you can maximise your time as well as busting natural hair care myths that are popular on the internet!

Some will say you should be doing all of the below, we will explain what is necessary and what isn’t.

  • Pre-Poo
  • Scalp Massage
  • Wash
  • Co-Wash
  • Conditioning
  • Deep Conditioning
  • Oil Rinse
  • Moisturise
  • Sealing
  • Hairstyle
  • Hair Trim

I have different hair textures naturally thick tight I think curly or coily hair at the front and naturally straight and fine hair at the back. I don’t know what grade my hair is as there seems to be a grading system now. When I wash and condition my hair before drying it is manageable but not if dried without using hair dryer. I would like to know how to achieve a natural curly look after washing my hair and maintain that look for the rest of the week. Thanks

I forgot to write a question about exercise and natural hair. I exercise 5-6 times a week. How do I protect my twist outs so they last me the week?
Should I was my 4c hair every week?
How often should I be moisturising my hair between washes?
