Our Customer Care & Admin Coordinator will grow, engage with and report on our active community. Your role will be hands on; helping with customers order queries and tracking deliveries.
You will work closely with the Customer Experience Team, Logistics and act as the bridge between the customer and our fulfilment warehouse. No two days are the same at Afrocenchix and you could find yourself doing anything from: calling customers to responding to questions on social media to helping with B2B orders. It will be your job to look after our community because without them, Afrocenchix wouldn’t exist.
You will constantly improve the customer journey to boost satisfaction and meet customer needs.
Working alongside the wider Afrocenchix Team, you’ll cultivate our community in order to drive customer loyalty and retention, as well as helping to grow brand awareness and new customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will constantly improve the customer journey to boost satisfaction and meet customer needs.
In this role, you’ll also assist our team with their administrative and organisational tasks so they can focus on strategic work. You’ll apply critical thinking to problems, manage scheduling and organisational challenges, and seek areas to improve and/or automate processes and procedures within Afrocenchix.
