At Afrocenchix we’re going through an exciting period of growth and we need a Product Manager to help us ethically expand our in house manufacturing and product development capacity.

We’re looking for a hardworking individual who likes to get their hands dirty and doesn't shy away from solving complex problems. The ideal team member will be responsible for managing our in-house manufacturing capabilities, new product conceptualising, product testing, briefing and presenting to the team and Joycelyn/ Rachael.

This role will work very closely with our Supply Chain and Procurement teams ensuring that all key individuals are engaged and fully up to date on the requirements & running of each project.

The Product Manager will also have line management responsibility in the form of Cosmetic Scientist assistant / support role. This person should have a Chemistry background with experience in project management.

The role involves a switched on and responsible person who lives for detail and is cost-aware. You’ll need a deep understanding of our community and a firm grip on product development and cosmetics manufacturing.
