At Afrocenchix we’re growing fast and we need help to look after our wonderful customers and our expanding community. 

Do you want to act as the voice of Afrocenchix online and in person? Are you excited about the opportunity to improve our customer care processes, create incredible experiences and train the team on delivering excellence for our community? Are you keen to manage customer enquiries and keep your ear on the ground to our community’s needs? Then this is the ideal step towards your dream career!

Our Customer Experience & Community Manager will grow, engage with and report on our active community. Your role will be hands on; helping with customers order queries and tracking deliveries.
